Banners and flags decorate Fifth Street [now Capitol Street] looking west from Main Street during the United Confederate Veterans Reunion, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas on May 16, 1911. Carriages, cars, and bicycles fill the street and pedestrians the sidewalks. Union Dentists and the Quick Lunch Room are on the right. The State National Bank Building (now Boyle Building) is on the left.
